DISCOVERING GEMATRIA-Foundational Exegesis and Primary Dictionary, by Jonathan David Rawn, contributed by Rabbi Bill Tepper. You will find this handsome new tome in the Reference Section of the Library. “Gematria”, as

described in the Dictionary of Judaism, is “the finding of meaning in the numerical value of Hebrew letters and words.”  To those of you who find this concept intriguing, come into the Library and browse through the book. This is a Reference Book and cannot be checked out.

ETHICS FROM SINAI is a wide-ranging commentary on PIRKEI AVOT-Vol. I, II, III,

contributed by our friend, Virginia Vollmer. This is well-written, easy to understand and enjoyable to read. 

From an anonymous donor, we have twenty-three Passover Haggadot, translated by Ezra Keinwald. They are located with the Juvenile Collection for the use of our younger members.
